Operational Strategy,Rule,Regulation and Services
When foreign workers sign up with our company to be placed on internationl projects,they are briefed regarding the strict rules and regulations on which AJA adhere4s.These rules & regulations pertain mostly to the conduct which is expectedof the workers whilethey are on the project and posted abroad.They also deal with any other matters which could effect the performance of the workers, such as excessessive drinking amongst others. During the briefing before the actual recruitment for a project, the workers are also made aware of the condition which they should expect. There is where we at AJA inform workers of ,the breakdown, interms of costs, earnings and other components. Workers are also informed of theliving arrangements before they agreement to sign on to a project such arrangements vary from one projecc to another.
